   6. To consider approval of the minutes from the Regular School Board Meeting held on Monday, February 22, 2016 and take appropriate action.
   7. To consider the Superintendent's Recommendation for administrative, instructional and support staff positions and take appropriate action. (Mr. Faulk)
   8. To consider the staff's recommendation for a Financial Institution and take appropriate action. (Mr. Faulk)
   9. To consider a Proposed School Calendar for 2016-2017 School Year and take appropriate action. (Mr. Faulk)
   10. To receive a report from the Ad Hoc Development Committee Meeting held on February 24, 2016 and take appropriate action regarding the following:
   a. Information and discussion with CSRS (Consultants) regarding development of properties at the corner of Sullivan Road and Hooper Road
   11. To receive a report from the Finance Committee Meeting held on March 9, 2016 and take appropriate action regarding the following:
   a. 2014-2015 Fiscal Year Audit
