The Central City Council will meet Tuesday, December 8 at 6 p.m. at the CCSS School Board Office on Joor Road.  The meeting is open to the public.  The agenda is below.

3) Public Hearing and action regarding the following instrument(s):
a) Mayor re-appointment of two members to the Cheneyville Fire Department District #7.
b) Mayor appointment to the Budget Advisory Committee.
c) An ordinance to establish a seven-member council with five members to be elected from single-member districts and two members to be elected at-large; to amend the 2015-2016 Fiscal Year General Fund Budget to appropriate funds for the retention of a demographer; and to provide for related matters. d) An ordinance to authorize the Mayor to employ counsel to handle the City’s public records requests; to amend the 2015-2016 Fiscal Year General Fund Budget to appropriate funds for the retention of such an attorney; and to provide for related matters. (By Council Member Evans)
e) An ordinance to amend the 2015-2016 Fiscal Year General Fund Budget to appropriate additional funds for General Legal Services and to provide for related matters. (By Council Member Fralick)
