Joan Lansing Named Parade Grand Marshall

Mrs. Joan Lansing has been named this year’s Grand Marshall for the annual Central Christmas Parade. Mrs. Joan is receiving this honor because of her many years of service to the Central community, including her years as a Central City Council member, her contributions to the Central business community, and her countless hours of work for local charitable organizations. Congratulations to Mrs. Joan Lansing.
You can see Mrs. Lansing, lots of fun floats and performers, and even Santa in this Saturday’s Central Christmas Parade, which will run down Joor Road from Hooper to Lovett beginning at 10 AM. You can also join other community members in celebrating the Christmas season at tonight’s Central Tree Lighting at the corner of Hooper and Sullivan. The event begins at 6:30 PM.
