Central Calendar App Launched: Free “Central Quick” App Sends Daily Reminders

    The free “Central Quick” smartphone app launched today and offers a Central a comprehensive community calendar with individual calendars for schools, sports, fun events, city government, and more.  The app also allows users to sign up for a daily email reminder of events.
    The rapid growth of Central has resulted in more meetings and events than most people or even organizations can keep up with.  Having a single place to go to check for opportunities and potential conflicts should make life easier for everyone in Central.
    The Central Quick app also allows users to submit their organization’s events to be included in the community calendar.  The “Submit Event” menu item on the app brings up a simple submission form.
    The app features a main calendar as well as calendars for each school, civic and charity events, sports, city government, churches and more.  Users can subscribe to any one or all of the calendars by hitting the “Subscribe” link at the top of that calendar.  An email is generated early each morning to remind users of events.
    The Central Quick app is free and available for iPhone and Android users, and the calendars can also be seen at www.CentralQuick.com.
