Central Ladies Take Top Honors at Fishing Rodeo

Female members of Central’s “Gayle Ruth Fishing Team”, Patti (top left) & Stephanie (top right) Rispone, take top honors at the 7th Annual Grand Isle Ladies Fishing Rodeo.

The Rispone girls swept the Cobia division with Patti’s 53.46 lb 1st place Cobia, and Stephanie’s 49.14 lb and 48.16 lb 2nd & 3rd place Cobia.

Stephanie Rispone was named the “Ladies Champion Fisherette” with a total weight of 97.3 lbs!

The 7th Annual Grand Isle Ladies Fishing Rodeo was held October 11th & 12th at Bridgeside Marina in Grand Isle, Louisiana with all proceeds supporting Breast Cancer Awareness.
