Bank of Zachary Supports LaneRMC Foundation with Football Fundraiser

    Bank of Zachary employees recently geared up in team colors and “kicked off” their football fundraiser with proceeds to benefit the Lane Regional Medical Center Foundation. 
    By paying a minimal fee each week to wear the colors of their favorite local high school, bank employees have found an easy method to raise funds for Lane’s cancer services campaign.  The campaign is funding a state-of-the art Radiation Oncology Center on Lane’s campus so those battling cancer will not have to travel long distances elsewhere to receive life-saving treatment. 
    “We have a great staff and this is just one fun way for us to support the LaneRMC Foundation project,” said Preston Kennedy, Bank of Zachary president. “We hope other businesses in the region join us and be a part of bringing even greater quality healthcare services to the community!”
    According to Kennedy, employees have pledged to raise $5000 overall for the project and are hoping to raise at least $500 in each of Bank of Zachary’s three locations throughout the football season.
