Wildcat QB Eligible for 2013

Jarrad Hayes, the starting Quarterback for the Central Wildcats, has been cleared to play for the 2013 season. After an initial routine eligibility check requested by Central Head Football Coach Sid Edwards raised some questions, the matter was referred to the executive committee of the LA High School Athletic Association (LHSAA). The committee met with Jarrad and school officials Wednesday afternoon and has ruled that he is eligible to play. Come out to Wildcat Stadium Friday night at 7PM and see Hayes in action under Center as Central hosts the Istrouma Indians. Good luck to Jarrad and to all of our Wildcats this football season!
