July Building Permits

    During the month of July 2013 in the city of Central, a total of 9 new residential permits were issued.  The total valuation of these permits was $2,485,654.
    Within these permits, two were issued in Woodstock with an average valuation of $225,965; two in Burlington Lakes with an average valuation of $162,708; one in Village at Magnolia Square valued at $285,998; one in Bridlewood valued at $319,578; one on Hwy 64 valued at $552,808; one in Hampton Village valued at $397,524; and one on Boganvilla valued at $152,400.  
    Building valuation is the price based upon the square footage of the home used for permitting purposes.  The actual selling price of the home is usually higher than the valuation and depends upon amenities installed by the builder.
