Parade of Homes Next Two Weekends

    The 2013 Capital Region Builders Association parade of Homes is April 27-28 and May 4-5 and the Parade includes two Central stops.  Patterson Homes is featured at 16902 Bradford Ave in Burlington Lakes. Rabalais Homes has a featured home at 13210 Elissa Lane in the Village at Magnolia Square and two more in Carriage Wood Estates in Woodlawn.  The homes will be open 11-5 Saturdays and 1-5 Sundays and there is no charge for the event.
    The complete listing of homes can be downloaded at CRBAParade.com along with descriptions and driving directions.  Guidebooks for the Parade of Homes can be picked up at all featured homes.  Both Central builders, Rabalais and Patterson, have won awards for their featured homes in past Parade of Homes events.  So, take a weekend afternoon and come out and see the latest trends and features in new homes in Central and around the Parish.
