Pink Tea with Mrs. Claus This Saturday: Fun for a Good Cause

By  |

Allie DeLaney, a senior at Central High School, is using part of her senior project to help a child in need.  Allie’s project is on pediatric cancer, and she has organized a fun fundraiser to raise money for a young boy named Clayton who is fighting cancer.
Pink Tea with Mrs. Claus is a fun morning at Journey Church for kids and their parents.  The party will go from 10 AM to noon next Saturday, December 22nd.  It will be a tea party with punch, lemonade, desserts, and finger foods.  There will be party favors for each guest, live Christmas music, a Christmas raffle, a picture with Mrs. Claus and her elves, games, a surprise guest, and more!
The cost is $20 in advance, which admits a child and a parent.  Tickets will also be on sale at the door for $25.  Raffle tickets may be purchased at the tea party for $5 each.  Proceeds will benefit Clayton to help his family with expenses.  Purchase your tickets in advance at North Point Health & Spa at 18901 Greenwell Springs Road.
For more information about Clayton’s battle with cancer and Allie’s senior project, visit PinkTeaFundraiser.blogspot.com or call 317-0243.

We mistakenly published that this event will take place on December 15th in today's newspaper. The correct date is the 22nd.
