EMS Looking for Students to Join Explorer Program

Are you a mature student, age 15 – 18 years old and interested in a career in health care? The Medical Explorer Post Program might be for you. The First Night Meeting will be held on January 10, 2013, @ 7pm at the City Parish Emergency Communication/Operations Center, located at 3773 Harding Blvd. As a Medical Explorer you will receive the valuable experience needed for many health care programs such as medicine and nursing. Receive formal medical training in pre-hospital medicine. Work alongside EMS Paramedics as you respond to various 911 emergency calls. Participate in many activities and exhibitions.
