The CHS Band and Auxiliary traveled to two festivals recently and did very well at both.  On October 20th, they participated in the festival at Dutchtown High School, earning an Excellent rating for band and percussion and a Superior for Auxiliary.  The Auxiliary also won a Best in Class award.  At the November 3rd Sulphur High School festival, they had a repeat performance with Superior ratings for the Auxiliary and Excellent ratings for band, percussion, and drum major.  At the Sulphur festival, the band was also given the Don Nassar Harmonious Award.  Congratulations to the Central High School Wildcat Band for these great performances!  Catch the band one more time live this Friday night at Wildcat Stadium during the playoff game.
