Central’s Next Opponent: Walker Wildcats

    Central’s (5-1, 1-0) next challenge on the gridiron will be on the road Friday against the Wildcats of Walker (2-4, 0-1).  Walker will feature top prospect running back Carlton Perkins who had 126 yards on 20 carries in last week’s loss to parish rival Live Oak.  In the high scoring 50-30 battle, Walker totaled 413 yards of total offense.
    Central’s outstanding performance against Zachary last week should have the Wildcat’s feeling good about what they can accomplish this year.  With the variety of weapons at Central’s disposal this year, they have the ability to show opponents something different every week.  See you at the game!
