Central Travels to Face High-Scoring St. Amant

Hit the road with the Wildcats Friday night as they travel to face undefeated St. Amant at 7PM. St. Amant is 4-0 and have outscored opponents 199-19 this season. Central Head Coach Sid Edwards commented, “21 of 22 starters are returning off of a team that beat us 35 to 14 last year. Huge physical offensive line. Fast speedy backs. Defensively, the best team we have faced this year. Every time they score they shoot a cannon that scares the dickens out of everyone. Real tight field. You will be right up in the action. Very very limited seating. Extremely hostile environment to play in. Big challenge for the cats.”
