PUBLIC HEARING CASES (NEW BUSINESS):

7.    SS-22-12 Subdivision of Lot 4-F-5-B-4-D-3 of the American Lung Association (Deferred from the August 23, 2012 Meeting) This property is located on the west side of Greenwell Springs Road south of the Denham Road intersection in Sections 48 and 49, T5S, R2E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is proposing to subdivide a 15 acre tract into two (2) tracts for two (2) residential structures on an existing private servitude of access with waiver request of Section 4.3 (H)(2) of the Unified Development Code. 8.    SS-24-12 Subdivision of Lot A-1 of the Dustin Henson Property formerly the R.L. Pettit Property This property is located on the east side of Brown Road north of the Carey Road intersection in Section 51, T5S, R1E, GLD, EBR, LA.  The applicant is requesting to subdivide a five (5) acre tract into two (2) tracts with existing residential structures.  (Applicant: Dustin Henson)

9.    SS-25-12 Subdivision of Lot G-2-2-B of the J.H. Sullivan Property This property is located at the end of Rome Drive on the east side north of the Lee Anne Drive intersection in Section 69, T6S, R2E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is requesting to subdivide a 2.2 acre tract into two (2) lots with two (2) existing residential structures and dedicate a private servitude of access with a waiver request of Section 13.6 (I) (4) of the Unified Development Code. 10.  SS-26-12 Subdivision of Lot 2 of Old Settlement Place This property is located on the east side of Old Settlement Place north of the McCullough Road intersection in Section 24, T5S, R1E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is requesting to subdivide a 3.1 acre lot into two (2) lots and dedicate a private servitude of access with a waiver request of Section 14.3 (B) (2) of the Unified Development Code. 11.  SPUD-1-08 Bellingrath Estates Subdivision Fourth Filing This property is located north of the intersection Empress Drive and Audusson Drive and bounded by Lake Vista Drive to the north and west, on Tract A in Section 73, T6S, R2E, GLD, EBRP, LA. 6.   Amending the Unified Development Code An Ordinance to Enact Chapter 10A of Title 7, the Unified Development Code.  This amendment is to provide for design standards for commercial structures and to provide for related matters.

7.   Amending the Unified Development Code An Ordinance to Amend and Reenact Section 16.5 of the Chapter 16 of Title 7, the Unified Development Code. This amendment is to provide for signage at the Central Intermediate and Central Middle School Campus and to provide for related matters.

PUBLIC HEARING (OLD BUSINESS):

8.   RZ-2-12 Rezoning from Rural to LC-1 (Deferred from the August 23, 2012 Meeting) This property is located on the northeast corner of the Hooper and Sullivan Road intersection in Section 5, T6S, R2E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is requesting to rezone from Rural to LC-1 (Light Commercial One) for a 5,000 square foot retail center. (Applicant: Brandon Dodson)
