Dana McKearn Named Entergy Customer Service Manager

BATON ROUGE, La. 
    Dana Watkins McKearn has been named customer service manager for Entergy Gulf States Louisiana, L.L.C., said Sheila Pounders, Entergy Gulf States Louisiana regional customer service manager for the Baton Rouge metropolitan area.
    “The wealth of customer service expertise, including a wide range of storm restoration experience and a heartfelt commitment to community development initiatives that Dana brings to her new role with Entergy, will be of tremendous value to Livingston Parish and the city of Central,” Pounders said. 
    McKearn began her career with Entergy in the customer service center and has since accumulated more than 28 years of experience within the company, all in the customer service and distribution areas.  
    In her new role, McKearn will serve the cities of Denham Springs and Central as well as the towns and villages of Walker, Livingston, Springfield, French Settlement and Port Vincent.
