4) Introduction of the following item(s) (with public hearing to be held at the July 10, 2012council meeting):
An ordinance to repeal certain provisions of Chapter 15 of the Uniform Development Code relative to Floodway, Floodplains and Drainage, to amend and reenact Sections 8:1521 and 8:1533 and to enact Section 8:1538 of Chapter 15 of Title 8 relative to disturbance Cpermits and amendments and to provide for related matters. 5) Public Hearing and action regarding the following instrument(s):
a) An Ordinance to enact Chapter 2 of Title 9 (Licensing and Regulation of Trades and Occupations) and to amend and reenact Sections 251 and 255 of Chapter 3A of Title 12 (Nuisances) relative to Farmer’s Markets and to provide for related matters.  (By Mayor Pro Tempore Washington)
