The City of Central Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 28th at 6:00pm at Kristenwood Meeting Facility, 14025 Greenwell Springs Rd, Central, LA 70739 to consider the following item(s):
PUD-1-12 Planned Unit Development Concept Plan Morgan Point (Deferred from May 24th 2012) This property is located near the east end of Sagebrush Avenue and the west side of Shoe Creek. The applicant is proposing a Planned Unit Development consisting of 69 single family residential lots. (Applicant: Jeff Couvillion)
EOP-6-12 Exchange of Property between Tract A-1-1-B of the Leonard Blanchard Property and Lot 185 of Comite Hills Subdivision This property is located on the south side of Lovett Road east of the Joor Road intersection. The applicant is proposing an exchange of property between two adjoining properties for residential use. (Applicant: Leonard Blanchard)
SS-14-12 Subdivision of Lot A-2 of the Joseph A. Cazes Property This property is located on the south side of Planchet Road east of the Thibodeaux intersection. The applicant is proposing to subdivide a 3.22 acre tract into 2 tracts for two existing residential structures. (Applicant: Brett Martin)

RZ-1-12 Rezoning This property is located on the north side of Wax Road east of the Willow Brook Drive intersection on a 1.665 acre portion of Lot 4A-1-A formerly of the G.E. Vaughan Property.
