5. To consider approval of the minutes from the Public Hearing held on May 30, 2012 and approval of the minutes from the Regular School Board Meeting held on May 30, 2012.  

6. To consider the Superintendent’s recommendation for administrative, instructional and support staff positions and take appropriate action. (Mr. Faulk)                                 
                            
7. To receive an end-of-the-year report from the Alternative School for the 2011-2012 School Year. (Mr. Faulk)

8. To consider the Superintendent’s recommendation to 2 year contracts for administrators and take appropriate action. (Mr. Faulk)

9. To consider selection of the Official Journal for the 2012-2013 Fiscal Year. (Mr. Faulk)

   10.   To consider requests for out-of-state field trips and take appropriate
            action. (Mr. Faulk)

   11.   To consider a report from the Facilities/Equipment Committee
           Meeting held on June 6, 2012 and take appropriate action relative to
           the following:
                        a.  Arkel Anderson’s request of June 4, 2012 for Time
                             Extension to the New Intermediate School and New
                             Middle School Building and Site Contracts.
