Notice for Stanford Ponzi Scheme Victims

The courts have established a deadline of September 1, 2012 for all Stanford victims to file Proof of Claim paperwork. If you are a Stanford Scheme victim this may entitle you to recover a portion of your loss. “On May 4, 2012, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas — Dallas Division entered an order establishing September 1, 2012, at 11:59 p.m. (prevailing Central Time) as the deadline for certain Claimants to submit a completed and signed Proof of Claim Form under penalty of perjury, together with supporting documentation, against the Stanford Financial Defendants and all the entities they own or control.
