Local Girls Win Titles in Z-Fest Pageant

JoElla Starkey won the title of Princess in the Toddler Miss Division. She also won Prettiest Eyes and Most Sassy at the Z-Fest Fashion Show. JoElla is the daughter of JJ and Janai Starkey of Central.

Victoria Jones won the title of Queen in the Teen Division. She also won Best in Interview and Best Model. Victoria is the daughter of Shawn and Carolyn Jones of Central. Congratulations girls!
