CHS Course Selection Forms 2012

Parents of 11th graders at Central High School,
This week in English class your child will receive a Course Selection Form for next year, a copy of their CHS transcript and their TOPS CORE GPA. . Mr. Worsham will be meeting with students during their English class this week and next week. The Course Selection Form must be signed by a parent and returned to their English teacher by March 30th. If you would like assistance selecting classes or to speak with a counselor you may call the Counseling Dept for an appointment.
Parents of 9th and 10th graders at CHS,
Counselors have begun meeting with 9th and 10th graders about Course Selection for next school year 2012-13. Between now and March 23 your student should bring home a Course Selection Form, copy of their CHS transcript, a copy of their TOPS CORE GPA and their Individual Graduation Plan. The Course Selection Form must be signed by a parent and returned to their English teacher by March 30th. You may make changes to their Course Selection Form until May 30th. If you would like to meet or talk with a counselor about your student’s schedule you may call the Counseling Dept to schedule a conference.
