 – SS-1-12 Subdivision of the R.P. Montgomery Homestead Tract This property in located on the north side of Greenwell Springs Road between the Central Throughway and Greenmeadow Drive intersections in Section 38 T6S R2W, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is proposing to create two lots, one of which is for a new retail store. (Applicant: James K. Farrelly)
 
PUBLIC HEARING CASES (OLD BUSINESS):
 – SS-17-11 Subdivision of Tract A-1-A-1 formerly of the Milton G. Harelson Property This property is located on the north side of Wax Road, west of Magnolia Blossom Avenue in Sections 4 and 9, T6S, R2E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is proposing to create one commercial tract within a Planned Unit Development for an orthodontics office. (Applicant: Vance Misuraca)
    The item(s) on this Agenda that are recommended for approval by the Commission will be heard by the Central City Council on March 13, 2012, unless the item(s) is deferred by the Commission.
