Chamber of Commerce Crowns First “Miss City of Central”

Congratulations to Miss Keely LeBlanc who was crowned “Miss City of Central” for 2011!
 
The City of Central Chamber of Commerce held the first annual “Miss City of Central” pageant on Saturday, November 19, 2011 at the newly renovated Central High School Theater.  Close to 60 girls participated in the nine different age categories.  A queen, 1st Alternate and most Photogenic were  selected in each age group and a 2nd and 3rd Alternate were chosen in some groups also.  The Chamber would like to thank all the girls who entered the pageant as well as all the people who attended. 
 
Thanks also goes to Central City School System and Coach Wales for allowing us to use the facility, Patrick Bordelon for assisting us with the lighting and sound, AAS for the trophies, Spencer Smith for the tables, Ashley Porsche for being our auditor, and Mike Spangler for Photography.   Thanks to Juanita and Christine Ross, Aaron Moak, Tim Lazaroe, and the Judges (who preferred to not have their names mentioned) for all donating their time.  Finally, a special thanks to Ashley Milton for organizing this fabulous event!  Here is the list of the winners:
