CMS 8th Grade Football Falls to West Feliciana

Wednesday afternoon in front of a loud student body, the 8th grade football team lost to West Feliciana 6-28. After The Saints scored first, the Wildcats drove down the field with good runs by Brennon Bourne, Telly Roper. After a good fourth down pass to Jamille Jones, Ralph Moore caught a TD pass from Kyle Kennedy. In the second quarter the Wildcats had hope when Austin Slater picked off a pass in West Feliciana's end of the field and a Jaron Jones fumble recovery, the Wildcats could not capitalize on these mistakes.

With a record of 1-2, the 8th grade plays at Southside in Denham Springs on Tuesday.
