Central’s Representatives at Work

By  |

Mayor Watts, Representative Clif Richardson and City Attorney Sheri Morris at a House committee hearing on House Bill 324.  The bill, if passed, will enable Central to hold Administrative Law hearings right here in Central under Judge Miley rather than having to go to District Court for items such as building code violations, zoning violations, overgrown or blighted properties and nuisance ordinance violations.  The bill has been passed by the House and awaits Senate approval.
