Saturday's ribbon cuttings on three new Central Developments continues to send the message to families and businesses that Central is growing, progressive and planning for a strong future.  In recent weeks a number of businesses have opened in Central.  North Point Family Medical Clinic, Central Chiropractic, and North Point Spa have all had recent Grand Openings.  Ochsner Clinic recently broke ground for its new facility on Sullivan just south of Hooper, Phase Two of Magnolia Square also kicked off in 2011, and Neighbors Federal Credit Union breaks ground at Sullivan and Wax next Wednesday at 9 AM.  Add a brand new School Complex under construction, Menchie's Frozen Yogurt, several new restaurants and Central truly is…. "A City on the Move".

Saturday's triple grand opening will also be a fun event for the family, with Coach Skip Bertman signing autographs, door prizes, free refreshments and tethered hot air balloon rides.  All three developments will be open  from 11 to 4PM Saturday, with Coach Bertman cutting ribbons at 1 PM at Central Square, corner of Wax and Sullivan, 1:45 at Burlington Lakes on Hooper near Greenwell Springs, and at 2:15 at the Gates at Burlington on "Old" Wax Road near Greenwell Springs.  CentralSpeaks.com encourages everyone to "Shop Central First" by choosing to frequent Central businesses, the ones that have been serving the Central community for years, along with the newcomers bringing in more goods and services the people of Central want and need.
