CHS Tennis Team Competes in BR Junior Grand Prix Tournament

Congratulations to Stephen Hudson- 10^th grader at CHS, Dylan Boudreaux-12^th grader at CHS, and Catherine “Katie” Pourciau-12^th grader at CHS, for competing in the Baton Rouge Junior Grand Prix Tennis Tournament on Nov 5-7, 2010. Stephen Hudson competed in the Boys 16 Unranked Division. Stephen was the only player that was undefeated in his division. He placed 1^st in his division and took home the champion plaque. Dylan Boudreaux and Stephen Hudson competed in the doubles division and came in 2^nd place. Katie Pourciau competed in the Girls 18 Unranked Division and came in 2^nd in the consolation round. These CHS tennis players played extremely well during this tournament and were successful. The CHS tennis team is coached by Carmen Evans.
