Update from Central’s Pet Relief Project

Staci Gonzales and Colleen Soileau have been hard at work with the Pet Food an Supplies Disaster Relief. They have at this point distributed over 5 TONS of pet food! These hard working ladies have aided over 1000 pets so far and counting. They would like to thank the Art of Paws Animal Rescue and the Alliance of Dog People for a donation of 2 tons of pet food, plus the Humane Society of Louisiana for donating crates. Their next pick up day is scheduled for October 21st from 3:00 to 6:00 pm at the Central Donation Center on Hooper Road. They currently need donations of cat litter, cat litter boxes, and chicken scratch. Please help these great folks help our pets!
