The Istrouma Area Council, Boy Scouts of America will host its 18^th Annual Sporting Clay Classic, on August 5, 2016.  The event will begin on Thursday, August 4^th with the Community Leadership Development Dinner honoring Dr. Thomas Flynn at Drusilla Seafood. Dr. Thomas Flynn has served our community for more than three decades, and it is a privilege to recognize him at this event. It is an evening of great food, fun, with silent and live auctions with a variety of different item including a Henry Rifle limited edition Philmont rifle. The Clay Shoot will begin on August 5^th at the Avondale Scout Reservation in Clinton, La. Starting time is 7am.
