Gateway Transition Center Holds Ribbon Cutting

Gateway Transition Center held their ribbon cutting on Thursday, February 18. Gateway helps young adults on the Autism spectrum transition from high school into adult life. They can be reached by phone at 225-384-6338 or by email at [email protected] They are open Monday-Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and are located at 10510 Joor Rd., Suite 100, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70818.
Gateway is still looking for some items to furnish their new space. Items needed are: 1- Refrigerator (preferably small full-size, but any would be appreciated- even dorm style), 1- Bookshelf with large square cubbies, 4- Area Rugs (5X7), 2- Small computer desks, 2- Storage cabinets for bathrooms, 1-Floor lamp, 4- Bookshelves, 2- Vertical file cabinets, 1-Horizontal file cabinet, 1- Coffee cart/table, 1- Small table for microwave.
