Place:  “Amazing Place” – 10305 Blackwater Road, Central La.
Benefactors:  Central Area Schools, Veterans, Autism Awareness Project in Central.
Crawfish and Meal Tickets available at all Schools and Ross Tire & Service.   All schools will receive 100% of their proceeds from Ticket Sales, Silent Auction items donated and T-Shirt Sales.

Friday, April 1: Crawfish Boil
Time:  5:00 p.m.
Live Entertainment:  Bands
Crawfish Ticket:  $15.00 (Serving Time 5-7 p.m.)
Saturday, April 2:     Cook-Off
This Year Cook-Off Categories include:  Jambalaya, Pork Ribs, BBQ Chicken, Couchon-du-lait or Pork Roast, & Brisket.  (Judging at 11:00 a.m.)
