Cooking in Central Taking Lawn Maintenance Bids
Cooking in Central is now taking bids for lawn maintenance during growing season (generally on 15 acres + or -) at 10305 Blackwater Road.
Scope:
Finish mower cut property every other week
Weed eat around pavilion, office and 24 culvert ends once per month.
Additional Requirements for successful bidder:
Must have valid city and state occupational license
Must supply an available equipment list with proposal
Must be licensed and insured as per contract requirements
As additional cuts may be required from time to time, pricing should be on a per cut basis.
Proposals should be sent via email to [email protected], US postal service or hand delivered to 9634 Mammoth Dr. Baton Rouge, 70814 no later than noon Friday Feb. 26, 2016.
This will be a 2 year contract. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
