Baylie Trahan and Austin Norwood Wed at Zoar Baptist Church

Baylie Brooke Trahan and Austin Keith Norwood were united in Holy Matrimony on Friday, October 23, 2015 at Zoar Baptist Church. Brother Dennis MacAnally officiated the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Dr. Marion and Sheila Trahan of Central.  Baylie is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Ford of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and the late Mr. and Mrs. Ophe Trahan of Kaplan, Louisiana.  The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Keith Norwood of Greenwell Springs, Louisiana.  Austin is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Randal Pratt of Greenwell Springs and Mrs. Bobby Ann Norwood and the late Mr. Jackie J. Norwood of Clinton, Louisiana.  He is the great grandson of Mrs. Betty J. Pratt of Baton Rouge.

The bride was attended by her maid of honor, Bronwyn Trahan.  Bridesmaids were Kaitlyn Desselle, Rachel Raborn, and Lauren Norwood.  Flower girl was Krislyn Pratt.  The bridegroom was attended by his best man, Brennan Pickett.  Groomsmen were Garrett Sutton, Tiler Guillory, Trent Kitchens, and Ron Rarick.  Ushers were Mason Crawford, Chris Ebert, and Dylan Guitreau.

A reception took place at Kristenwood in Central.  On the eve of the wedding, the groom's parents hosted a rehearsal dinner at Sammy's in Central.  Following their honeymoon in the Caribbean, the couple will reside in Pride, Louisiana.
