Brooke Anne Morden Marries Paul Jeffery Fabre’

    Brooke Anne Morden and Paul Jeffery Fabre’, both of Watson, Louisiana, were joined in marriage on Friday, September 4, 2015 at Elegant Memories in Greenwell Springs.  The ceremony was officiated by Pastor Ron Erickson.
    The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James I. Morden, Jr. of Watson.  She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Charlene Borill and the late Edward Wilson Vest of Baton Rouge and Ms. Tommie K. Morden and the late Mr. James I. Morden, Sr. of Central, Louisiana.
    The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul J. Fabre’, also of Watson.  He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. John B. Chavers and Mr. Tommy Fabre’ and Ms. Margie Reno.
    The bride was given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father.  The bride’s son and groom’s son, Cayden and Jace, served as ring bearers.  Following the ceremony, a reception was held at Elegant Memories.
    Both Brooke and Paul are 2011 graduates of Live Oak High School in Watson.  The bride is pursuing her degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography at BRCC.  The groom attends Southern University, obtaining his Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing.  He is also currently serving in the U.S. Marine Corps.  The new family will reside in Watson.
