Central Private Football On Track

Central Private rolled up a 40-18 victory Friday night at home against Claiborne Academy. Highlights from the game include Cade Sanchez with 9/14 passing, 247 yards, 4 touchdowns, and 1 interception, Cole Averette with a 2 yard rushing touchdown, Cameron Callihan also with a 2 yard rushing touchdown, Gavyn Andre with 4 receptions for 163 yards and 2 touchdowns, Jude Fontenot with a 25 yard touchdown reception, and Landon Bryson with a 21 yard touchdown reception.
Central Private travels to University Academy this Friday and returns home for a District game against Bowling Green on Sept. 18. A win against Bowling Green would put Central Private at 1-1 in District mid-way through the season.
