In Memoriam: Andrew E. Thibodeaux

Andrew “Monkey” E. Thibodeaux, Jr., 61, of Central, LA, passed away Sunday, June 28, 2015. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed to hunt and fish, but his favorite pastime was to spend time with his family, especially his grandsons. Andrew was a great friend to many and the best daddy that two kids could ask for. Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home, Central, LA on Wednesday, July 1, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and will resume on Thursday, July 2, from 10 a.m. until service at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Chenal Cemetery, Lakeland, LA. He is survived by his wife, Deborah Johnston Thibodeaux; daughter and son-in-law, Kelly and Jonathan Bankston; son, Stephen Andrew Thibodeaux and girlfriend, Caroline Ficara; grandsons, Grant, Carter and Everett Bankston; sisters and brothers-in-law, Kathy McCleery, Andrea and Ricky Bodiford, and Mary Jane and Jr. Smith; father-in-law, Farrell Johnston; sister-in-law, Shirley Rushing; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew E. Thibodeaux, Sr. and Sadie Bueche Thibodeaux; niece, Vanessa Webre; mother-in-law, Betty Johnston; and brother-in-law, Michael Johnston. Pallbearers will be Don Hunt, Jr., Jimmy Boitnott, Jonathan Bankston, Cody Webre, Gabriel and Robbie Bodiford. Honorary pallbearers will be Grant, Carter and Everett Bankston, and Farrell Johnston.
