Lazy Lake Attempted Burglary

On Monday EBR Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a call from a resident on Lazy Lake Drive. The caller reported that a suspicious person was attempting to break into her home, trying to force open several doors.
Sheriff’s Deputies arrived and placed Wesley Walter Naramore under arrest. Naramore admitted he had broken into the victim’s car and entered the fenced back yard. He further explained that he had a drug problem. Naramore was arrested for Burglary for the car break-in and Attempted Simple Burglary of an Inhabited Dwelling and was booked into Parish Prison.
