Free Outdoor Fitness Class Saturday
There will be a free community-wide outdoor fitnesws class held at the pavilion at Central Square this Saturday, June 27 at 8 a.m. It will be a 45 minute cardio, strength, and flexibility class best suited for people ages 16 and older. It is low-impact, so all adult ages and abilities can participate. Participants should bring water, a yoga mat or beach towel, and two canned goods (optional). The canned goods will be donated to the food bank afteer the class.
