Free Outdoor Fitness Class

    There will be a free community-wide outdoor fitness class held at the Pavilion at Central Square on Saturday, June 27, at 8:00 a.m. It will be a 45 minute cardio, strength, and flexibility class best suited for people 16 years old and older. It is low-impact, so all adult ages and abilities can participate. Participants should bring water, a yoga mat or beach towel, and two canned goods (optional). The canned goods will be donated to the food bank after class.
