Three CHS Athletes Named Star of Stars
Wednesday, May 20, 2015, the 30th Annual Star of Stars Banquet was held at the LHSAA office. Three Central High athletes were honored as Star of Stars in their respective sports: Raegan Willis in Powerlifting, Blase Courville in Powerlifting, and Jacob Garretson in Bowling.
Jacob Garretson had a High Game of 280, and a High Series of 773 this year while helping lead the Bowling Team.
Raegan Willis is in the 165 lb division in Powerlifting. Squat: 400 (new state record), Bench: 200, Dead: 430 (new state record), Total: 1030 (new state record), State Champion.
Blase Courville is in the super heavyweight division in Powerlifting. Squat: 700, Bench: 430, Dead: 560, State Champion.
