March 2015 Building Permits
From the City of Central
During the month of March 2015 in the city of Central, a total of 6 new residential permits were issued. The total valuation of these permits was $1,401,482.
Within these March permits, one was issued in Hampton Village Estates with a valuation of $195,970; one in Twin Lakes Estates with a valuation of $209,706; one in the 15000 block of Joor Rd valued at $286,584; one in Rambling Oaks subdivision valued at $136,282; one in Gates at Burlington valued at $161,384; and one in the 10900 block of Hwy 64 valued at $289,556.
Building valuation is the price based upon the square footage of the home used for permitting purposes. The actual selling price of the home is usually higher than the valuation and depends upon amenities installed by the builder.
On the commercial side, plan reviews were submitted for the following:
1. Smooch My Pooch, 18564 Magnolia Bridge Rd, Commercial Building; 4095 sq. ft.
2. Advanced Doors, 13845 Hooper Rd; Commercial Building; 3904 sq. ft.
3. Gas Utilities District 1, 10633 Hwy 64; Commercial Building; 4895 sq. ft.
4. GW Oliver Construction, 7600 N. Eisworth; Commercial Swimming Pool; 510 sq. ft.
5. Joseph Romero, 14447 Denham Rd; Commercial Addition; 800 sq. ft.
