Alexandria Bellanger is a 7 year old junior chef who resides here in Central with her parents Al and Dorsey and her two brothers Isiah and Albert. Alex attends Tanglewood Elementary and is in the second grade in Mrs. Rogers’s class. She has a passion for people and cooking, and she aspires to one day become a top chef and physician. Alex is on a mission to get children involved in the kitchen and put a smile on everyone's face while doing it.
This past December, Alex created her own You Tube channel, The Fabulous Life of Alex Nicole. Alex creates weekly videos of her making magic in the kitchen. She is currently working on her debut cookbook and a cooking apparel line for kids. Her Shrimp and Grits recipe has been featured in IParent Magazine out of Texas and she’s also had another feature in a California monthly newsletter.
When Alex isn’t in the kitchen cooking, she enjoys singing in the LPCC Children’s Choir, swimming, traveling, and working on new recipes and crafts.  Follow Alex on YouTube by visiting “The Fabulous Life of Alex Nicole,” and check out her Facebook page, “Cooking with Alex Nicole.”
Alex is a little girl with such a big heart. This past weekend she decided to cut her hair and donate it to “Locks of Love.” She said “it doesn’t matter how young or old you are you can do something to make a difference in someone’s life and besides it’s only hair, it’ll grow back.” She even started a challenge. She’s challenging everyone to do something that will put a smile on someone’s face. Alex is super pumped about making a difference!
