The City of Central Board of Adjustments will hold a public hearing on February 26, 2015 at 5:00pm at the Central School Board Office, 10510 Joor Road, Suite 300, Central, LA 70818 to consider the following item(s):
BOA-1-15 This property is located at 14520 Wisteria Lakes Drive on Lot 68 of Wisteria Lakes Subdivision. The applicant request the Board of Adjustment to grant a variance of Section 4.3 B (1) of the Comprehensive Zoning Code and/or the final plat for Wisteria Lakes. The applicant request to reduce the front yard setback from 25 feet to 17.5 feet. The applicant proposes an addition to an existing single family residence. The applicant is Wayne Clark.
BOA-2-15 This property is located at 7545 Pippin Lane on Lot 59 of Magnolia Bend Subdivision. The applicant request the Board of Adjustment to grant a variance of Section 3.3 B (2) of the Comprehensive Zoning Code and/or the final plat for Magnolia Bend Subdivision. The applicant request to reduce the rear yard setback from 25 feet to 15 feet. The applicant proposes to construct a 1,000 square foot barn add-on. The applicant is Michael Pino.
BOA-3-15 This property is located at 17831 Lenwood Road on Tract X-1-A-1-B of the former Allen E. Morgan Property. The applicant request the Board of Adjustment to grant a variance of Section 18.1 C(3)(c) of the Comprehensive Zoning Code which states that a manufactured home shall have a front yard setback of 100 feet. The applicant is requesting a front yard setback of 60 feet. The applicant is Joshua Case.
BOA-4-15 This property is located at 17671 Greenwell Springs Road on Lot B. The applicant request the Board of Adjustment to grant a variance of Section 2.1 D of the Comprehensive Zoning Code which states that there shall be only one principle structure or building on any platted lot. The applicant proposes to retain an existing manufactured home until the construction of new residence. The applicant is Danielle Bueche.
