Well we finally got the season started with scrimmages today – Boys vs Catholic and Girls vs St Joseph Academy. Both teams came away with wins.
The Boys beat Catholic 17-10 (2954-2818 Total Pins).  Parker Aucoin (Sophomore) led the Boys with a 213, 202, 168 for a 583 series, with Jacob Garretson (Senior) rolling a 190 and Bryce Delaune (Sophomore) right behind with games of a 181 and 182.
The Girls beat St Joseph's Academy 18-9 (2415-2185).  Haley Young (Senior) led the Girls with a high game of 233 and Sam Soule (Sophomore) had a nice 443 series.  Sarah LeDuff (Junior) rolled 172 and Kaylee Robinson (Junior) was right behind with a 171.
Also, congratulations to Jacob Garretson and Haley Young being voted as this year's Team Captains!
Our Jamboree is this Wednesday at Circle Bowl (3:15PM) with the Boys bowling BR High & Broadmoor and the Girls bowling Holden & St Joseph's Academy.  Our first matches of the season are next Wednesday at All Star Lanes (3:15PM).  The Boys take on first year team Lee High, while the Girls bowl a very good team in St. Scholastica.  St Scholastica knocked the Wildcats out of the State Playoffs (Elite 8 Round) last year by 5 pins.  Should be a great way to kick off the season!
