    The City of Central Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 22, 2015 at 6:00pm at Kristenwood Meeting Facility, 14025 Greenwell Springs Rd, Central, LA 70739 to consider the following item(s):
    1) EOP-10-14 Exchange of Property between Lot B and Lot D-1-A of the former Ernest Buhler Property This property is located at the southeast corner of the Central Thruway and Greenwell Springs Road intersection.   The applicant is requesting to adjust the property lines between two adjoining lots. (Applicant: Gavin Ballenger)
    2) SS-24-14 Subdivision of Portions of the Westbrook and former Carl B. Hein Property This property is located on the south side of Denham Road between the El Ranchitos and White Oak Run Road intersections. The applicant is proposing to create three lots for single family residential land use with a waiver request of Section 14.2 of the Development Code with respect to connection to public sewer.     3) SS-25-14 Subdivision of Tract A-1-A-4 of the former Mary Lou Smith Property This property is located at the northwest corner of the McCullough and Joor Road intersection.  The applicant is proposing to create three lots for single family residential land use. (Applicant: Newell Whitney)
     4) SS-26-14 Subdivision of a certain 10.81 Acre Tract of the former J.J. Broussard Property This property is located on the west side of Morgan Road near the Thibodeaux Road intersection.  The applicant is proposing to create two tracts for residential land use with existing structures. (Applicant:  Ken Eisworth)
    5) RZ-5-14 Site Plan Revision This property is located at 18235 Magnolia Bridge Road which is on the south side of Magnolia Bridge Road west of the Greenwell Springs Road intersection on Lot G of the former Kennard Lawrence Tract. The applicant is requesting to revise a site plan for a previously approved conditional use permit for an animal kennel. (Applicant: Shauna Nicosia)
    6) CUP-5-14 Conditional Use Permit for a Fueling Station This property is located at the southeast corner of the Central Thruway and Greenwell Springs Road.  The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit for a fueling station with a convenience store. (Applicant: Gavin Ballenger)
    7) CUP-6-14 Conditional Use Permit for a Horse Boarding Stables and Training This property is located at 10439 Dyer Road on Tract A-1-B of the former W.L. Doherty Property which is on the north side of Dyer Road west of the Blackwater Road intersection. The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit for a horse training and boarding stables.     8) RZ-9-14 Rezoning from R/A (Rural Agriculture) and B1 (Neighborhood Business One) to B3   (General Commercial Commercial/ Business District Three) This property is located at 9025 Joor Road and 10984 Lovett Road, Lot C-1 of the former J.L. Fleniken Property and Lot B of the C. J. Brown Property respectively, and  Lot F of the former J. L. Fleniken which is at the southwest corner of the Lovett and Joor Road intersection. The applicant is requesting to rezone for an unspecified use to entice a prospective business. (Applicant: Amber Martel)
    9) Proposed Ordinance to Amend the Comprehensive Zoning Code Chapter 19.2 relative to removing mobile homes as accessory dwelling units in the R-1 (Single Family Residential One) Zoning District (Councilwoman Kim Fralick)
