Wildcat Update: Wildcats 6, Denham Springs 28

    A young Central Wildcat team fell to rival Denham Springs 28-6 Friday in Wildcat Stadium.  Senior QB Tyler Sansone, recovering from a shoulder injury, was again relegated to a Running Back role as Junior QB Ralph Moore called signals.
    In the two previous games the Wildcats had turnover problems that led to losses.  Against Denham Springs Friday night the Wildcats seemed to have put the fix in place and had zero turnovers.
    Denham jumped out to a 21 point lead in the first quarter, but then Central’s defense rose up to hold the Yellow Jackets scoreless until a long breakaway running play in the final minutes of the game.  Central’s offense continues to struggle to find a successful formula, scoring just once in the game.
