CCSS Facilities/Equipment Committee Meeting Tonight

The Facilities/Equipment Committee will meet today, Wednesday, June 11, 2014, in the Meeting Room of the Central Community School System Administrative Offices on Joor Road at 6:00 P.M.  The meeting is open to the public.

   1. Call to Order
   2. To consider and take appropriate action regarding a Change Order Request for the Former Central Middle School Demolition Project. (Requested by Mr. Faulk, presented by Architect and Contractor)
   3. To consider and take appropriate action regarding a Change Order Request for the Central High School Driveway Project. (Requested by Mr. Faulk, presented by Engineer)
   4. To consider granting the staff authority to approve certain non-discretionary change orders for demolition and construction projects. (Requested by Mr. Faulk, presented by Mr. Faulk)
   5. To consider contracted services to provide for daily monitoring and documentation of construction activity for the Ninth Grade Academy Project and take appropriate action. (Requested by Mr. Faulk, presented by Mr. Faulk)
