10 AM: Doors Open/Entertainment Begins (Central Jazz Band)
11 AM: Opening Ceremonies/Judging begins/Serving Begins
    Welcome, Invocation, Pledge of Allegiance, 
    Introduction of Cooking Judges Mayor Watts & Gordy Rush

12 Noon: Hula-hoop finals
    Announce cooking winners
