EOP-1-14 Exchange of Property between Tracts D-1 and D-2 of the former of Walter C. Bogan and Eva Mae Bogan Carr Property This property is located at the southeast corner of the Hooper and Lovett Road intersection. The applicant is requesting an exchange of property between two adjoining property owners. (Applicant: Brandon Rogillio)
SS-1-14 Subdivision of Lot A-1 of the W.L. Dougherty Property This property is located on the north side of Dyer Road west of the Blackwater Road intersection. The applicant is proposing to subdivide one lot into two for single family residential land use. (Applicant: Dain Gillen)
SS-2-14 Subdivision of Tract B-1-D of the S. Calloway Bettis Property (This is a companion case to RZ-1-14) This property is located on Joor Road north of the Solitude Lane intersection. WT-1-14 Wireless Tower Site Plan This property is located at 14485 Greenwell Springs Road near Central Thruway on Tract Y-2-B. The applicant is requesting approval of a wireless tower site plan with a waiver of the height and setback requirements as defined in Section 14.4 of the Development Code. RZ-1-4 Rezoning from Rural to R-1 (Single Family Residence District One) (This is a companion case to SS-2-14) This property is located on Joor Road north of the Solitude Lane intersection on the proposed Lots B-1-D-1, B-1-D-2 and B-1-D-3 or the existing Tract B-1-D. The applicant is proposing to rezone for single family residential land use. (Applicant: Kevin Williams)
RZ-6-13 Rezoning from Rural to B1 (Neighborhood Business District One) (Deferred from the January 23, 2014 Meeting) This property is located 13151 Denham Road which is on the north side of Denham Road between the Joor and Devall Road intersections on Tract C of the former Presley G. Clayton property. The applicant is proposing a commercial use. (Applicant: James L. Weeks). City of Central Master Plan Land Use recommendation: Low Density Residential.
PUD-1-14 Planned Unit Development Preliminary Plan: The Estates This property is located at the southwest corner of the Sullivan and Sparkle Drive intersection on Tracts B, C, D, E-1 and E-2 located. The applicant is proposing a Planned Unit Development preliminary plan consisting of 79 single family residential lots and to rezone from Rural to R-2 (Single Family Residential Two): Conditional Use Permit: Planned Unit Development.
